4-1. 폰트 등록하기
솔라리스에서 rgothic12.pcf.Z 과 fonts.dir 파일이 포함된 디렉토리를 통째로 리눅스 박스로 가져온다.
"rgothic*.*.Z" 로 찾아본다다음의 예는
솔라리스에 포함되어 있는 75dpi 폰트(디렉토리)를
리눅스의 sol2.6-75dpi 로 설정하는예이다.(Roundgothic체 포함)[root@san2 fonts]# pwd

★ fonts.dir과 fonts.alias 파일을 편집할 필요없이 위와 같이 그대로 퍼미션과 소유자만 바꾸어 준다.

[root@san2 sol2.6-75dpi]# cat XF86Config
# vi에디터나 기타 에디터로 /etc/X11/XFConfig파일을 불러와 아래의 빨간색 부분처럼 추가한다.

★ mkfontdir 나 폰트서버를 재 가동해야하나 잘 안되는 경우가 종종있다....미련을 버리고....
재부팅한다......★ 기타 필요하다면 /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fs/config 파일에서 catalogue부분을 추가한다.
