  현저하게 느려지는 문제가 간단하게 해결되네요...

자신이 사용하는
윈95/98에서 가장 맘에 드는 *.ttc 나 *.ttf 파일을 찾는다.

C:\windows\fonts\

본인 테스트한 글꼴은
-gulim.ttc    : 굴림체, 돋음체
-batang.ttc : 바탕체, 궁서체
-mkbgr.ttf   : 태가람체

※주)
해당글꼴이 완전 공개용인지 상용인지 먼저 판단해야한다.
상용폰트면 역시 배포할 수 없다.

주의할점은 gulim.ttc등은 용량이 12M정도 이므로 3.5"플로피로는 불가능하다.
삼바나 FTP로 자신의 계정으로 올리면 무리가 없을 듯...

듀얼부팅하는 이는 Win95/98의 C:\windows\fonts\에서 맘에 드는 폰트를
링크시킨다.(내용생략)

예:
# ls
gulim.ttc
# cp gulim.ttc /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/truetype/

3. fonts.dir fonts.alias 복사하기
 

/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/truetype/README.ttx
파일을 꼭 읽어보기 바람.

엑셀리눅스사용자는  예제가 있으므로
아무 수정없이 그대로 적용할 수 있다.
