좀 오래된 버전이네요.

4.0.14 버전에서는

case `(ac_space='"'"' '"'"'; set | grep ac_space) 2>&1` in

이렇게 수정되었네요.

4.0.14 버전 또는 그 이상의 버전의 구해서 위의 내용을 그대로 복사 및 수정해보세요.
