DocumentRoot 안쪽에 로그파일을 위치할 필요가 없습니다.
(보안상 좋지 않죠)

구지 사용자 계정에 놓고 싶다면,

ErrorLog /home/abc/error_log
CustomLog /home/abc/access_log common

이렇게 해주는 것이 좋습니다.

아파치를 시작하기전에

# httpd -t

이렇게 설정파일 문법 검사를 하고 아파치를 시작합니다.
그래도 구동이 되지 않는다면 화면에 뿌리는
에러내용과(있다면)

error_log 파일을 다시 확인해봐야 합니다.

22시 30분 이전에는 다행히 크게 특이한점은 없군요.

현재 내용으로봐서 특이한 점 없이 서버가 죽기 때문에 상당히
난해하군요,

정말 사용자 폭주가 아닌 경우로써 httpd가 MaxClinets 까지
도달했다면
문제가 심각하군요.

그 문제의 원인을 찾아 해결해야 하는데..
아무래도 이곳 게시판 형태의 문답식은 한계가 있는것 같군요.
