기존의 로그파일이 조금이라도 변경된 사항이 있으면.
syslog는 로그파일을 쓰지 않습니다.
echo "" >> '생성하고자하는 로그파일' ( 로그를 다 지운다는 의미이죠. )
아님 rm -rf '생성하고자하는 로그파일'
지운다음
/etc/rc.d/init.d/syslog restart
해주시면 될듯합니다. 이렇게 해도 안된다면 설정파일 문제가 대부분일
